How it works

   Choose

   Pick your letter or stationery from the shop and add this to your basket. If you are ordering for multiple children, be sure to add the sibling bundles and not multiple individual products to make sure you get a discounted price.

2. 2

   Pay & personalise

   Pay securely through Shopify at checkout and fill in any personalisation details asked for. I will be in touch for any extra personalised details required for the letters and certificates.

3. 3

   Handmade & posted

   Each piece is made by hand and printed in Santa's workshop, and posted from The North Pole within 2-3 working days.

4. 4

   Experience the magic

   Your order will arrive in a card backed envelope. If you've ordered a bundle or a product that comes with an envelope, this will be inside for you to put your products in and seal yourselves, ready to leave it somewhere magical for your children to discover.

Order by 15 December for delivery before Christmas.
